LLAFYKS REVERSE

Streaming project with online audience participation

Collaboration with dancer/choreographer Jan Burkhardt

In cooperation with Ackerstadtpalast Berlin

LLAFYKS REVERSE investigates various aspects of time and space. Through text, sound, and movement, FrauVonDa and dancer/choreographer Jan Burkhardt explore different perceptions of time and space. Created in spring 2021, the piece is based on the observation that drastic shifts in perception taking place on various levels (personal and collective, private and professional): forward and backward movement, slowing down and speeding up, standing still, simultaneity, and the breakdown of synchronized structures and common spaces. More than ever, we experience the pressure of constantly having to change plans, even in the shortest term.
The piece is a field of experimentation and emerges in exchange with the audience, who are invited to participate in real-time with spontaneous sounds and actions. Another part of the performance is pre-produced: a choir of diversity, a collective sound file created from contributions sent in advance.
